New UK SMS Sending Number

Our users in the United Kingdom will now receive SMS notifications from a new telephone number. No modifications or changes need to be made and this change will not affect current service.

ClipboardFusion 6.0.1 (Beta 3) Now Available!

We're very excited to announce that ClipboardFusion 6.0.1 (Beta 3) is now available for download! This version fixes some small issues from the big 6.0 release and adds a new setting for showing the Manager window in the taskbar.

  • Change: New option to show a taskbar button for the Clipboard Manager window in the taskbar (also makes it show in Alt+Tab)
  • Fix: Reduced amount of time it takes Clipboard History menu to open via the tray menu

  • Fix: Resolved issues copying text from Microsoft Edge

VoiceBot 3.9.3 Now Available!

We're very excited to announce that VoiceBot 3.9.3 is now available for download! This new version cleans up some minor issues.

  • Change: Added the ability to copy macros from other profiles
  • Fix: The Add Recognizer button now opens the Windows Speech Settings on Windows 11
  • Fix: VoiceBot now correctly indicates the paused state when launched with the "Start Paused" setting enabled
  • Fix: Profile selection dialog for Change Profile action works correctly again

New Ticketing System: NinjaOne

We are excited to announce the addition of NinjaOne as an External Ticketing integration in CheckCentral. Once configured, CheckCentral will automatically open tickets in NinjaOne for failed Checks. It will keep the tickets up to date with notes for subsequent warnings and failures, and will automatically close the ticket when the Check reverts to success.
To configure NinjaOne as an External Ticketing integration:
  • Login to CheckCentral and navigate to your Dashboard.
  • On the top menu, click Notifications > External Ticketing Systems.
  • Click "Add Ticketing System" and choose NinjaOne.
  • Follow the instructions in the NinjaOne dialog to configure the integration.
  • Be sure to click the "Manage" button next to "Checks and Default Groups" in the NinjaOne configuration to choose which Checks the NinjaOne integration should be enabled for.

We are excited to announce the addition of Zoho Desk as an External Ticketing integration in CheckCentral.
