Can we bulk-check a list of MD5 hashes on VirusTotal using HashTools 4.3 to check their status against the AV solution of our choice?

There isn't a way to get the results in the HashTools UI, but if you use Ctrl+Click or Shift+Click to select multiple files in the HashTools list, you can then right-click and choose to open them with VirusTotal. It will open a new tab with the results for each file.

I do not have the files. I only have MD5 hashes, which are IOCs (indicators of compromise).

Ah ok, unfortunately HashTools isn't setup for that. I did find this Python script after a quick search though that sounds like it can probably do what you're looking for: https://github.com/drew-kun/virustotal-api-hashcheck
