Windows dont open aligned to the monitors

When i open any app on any of my 4 screens, they never align to the monitor correctly. They always leave a gap down the left hand side. This happens on each of my 4 monitors.

One additional note, there's a bug in Beta 9 and the test build of Beta 10 that prevents new Macros and edits to Macros from saving. Just a heads up there to avoid lost work if you use Macros.

Further to my last post, I've done some more testing.

I opened Paint, draw a black squiggle (on the default, white background), Select All, Copy. Then I copied some text strings to the clipboard from other apps to move the Paint image down in the History.

Then I went into Word, and used the CF History to paste the image from Paint. What got pasted into Word was just a solid black rectangle (the entire image size, just as solid black). Many times in the past I've seen the preview in CF's History show solid black for stuff copied from Paint, but in this case it actually causes solid black to be pasted when selecting that image. And now, when I do a Preview Popup, the preview shows me just solid black.

On the other hand, I've done a few more tests of pastes from the History of Snagit captures, and so far they've been moving to the top of the History as expected, apart from the issue I described in my last post where the timestamps are getting changed unnecessarily.

Hi! Long-time DisplayFushion Pro user, first time forum poster.

In 12.1.1 the issue has returned. is not falling back correctly, and when the title field is blank, is still populating the full filename with .jpg extension.

Very minor first-world problem stuff, but if there is a fix or workaround for this, I'd be very appreciative! Thanks.

With beta 5 the time to apply wallpaper settings is back to under 10 seconds, nice
The tray icon doesn't appear though (kinda like it, wouldn't mind having it as an option rather than bug), but no need to address that in this thread

Downloaded and installed. Now it's hanging when I attempt to open settings. This has never happened before. Tried to go back to previous version, same thing.

Beta 5 is running completely normally again. No high CPU load. Check out Video.
Even when changing the wallpaper, the CPU load is only 3.5% for one second!

Any chance to fix this please? This issue is getting worse with every new version, in Beta5 the delay is now up to 3 seconds every time I move a window.

Tl;dr: a way on the mobile DF remote app to create shortcuts on home to a DF function.

I've installed the Android DF remote app. It's up and running fine, I can remotely run functions on my PC. But what I'm looking at is a way to create shortcuts on my home screen to specific functions, so I don't have to open the app.

I know Tasker has an integration with it through a DF plugin. As with anything to do with Tasker, it was really cumbersome to create a simple shortcut but it did work. But randomly one day the plugin somehow vanished and all my shortcuts broke even though the DF app works fine, so I rather not rely on Tasker anymore.

DisplayFusion 12.2 (Beta 5) Changes

Change: Installer has been updated to work correctly with Windows 11 Administrator Protection mode. Note that if you have Administrator Protection enabled, DisplayFusion will run with "medium" integrity and will not be able to manage windows from processes that run elevated. Running DisplayFusion elevated with Administrator Protection enabled is not supported as it cannot interact with the desktop when running elevated.
Fix: Resolved an issue where Triggers window picker didn't correctly get window text on some non-English Windows installs
Fix: Resolved an issue with the "Don't show tray icon notification balloons" advanced setting
Fix: "Set next playback device as default" function works correctly again

Thanks, I'll let you know what I notice over time. The very first image I pasted (a very recent capture with Snagit from today) from the History into Word did move to the top spot.

Separately, I noticed that when entries are selected in the History in this manner, whether images or text, their timestamps on the visual flyout (on hover) get updated to the current time. I don't know if this is new, but it would make more sense that the timestamps are left alone when moving entries in the History, as the timestamp shows when the content was copied by the source program concerned. In other words, the timestamps should show the time of the original copy operation, not the time of the paste operation.

We have an early test build of beta 10 that should hopefully fix up the issue with the images not moving to the top. We couldn't reproduce the issue here with beta 9, so please let me know how it works out for you.

RE: All hotkeys stopped working

Hotkeys not fixed unless load as asdmin. The software will actually run now without admin normally, except when I do this there is no way to get hotkeys working, togglkijng funcitons hortkeys off and on does not fix. If I load as admin as I have been doing, then I toggle hotkeys off and on once, then hotkeys work again, same as before.
For sure there was some progress here, at leasst the software loads without admin, 4ven though I need ot lkeep using admin
For some reason, not being admin means I am not having the rights to do hotkeys... wweird.

I am here to say that I am having the same issue. I have set my DisplayFusion to run as an administrator and that still won't fix it. If I tell it to move to next image in the slideshow, nothing happens. If I change the config (I have one for triple monitor wallpapers and one that does individual monitor wallpapers), nothing changes. I've rebooted multiple times as well. I'm stuck on the same three wallpapers and it won't change. You can even see, in my attached screenshot, that DisplayFusion is displaying a completely different background than what my background actually is, and it won't change no matter how many times I click "Apply" or "Okay".

The old end point was retired, it's now a paid Azure feature. Same thing with Bing, so we had to remove them unfortunately :(

We check periodically to see if any changes have been made, if we're able to get either of them added back in we'll post here.
