Just as I posted this, I thought of something and found the cause of the problem. It's Wise Registry Cleaner. :| I ran the cleaner, and Notepad Replacer magically stopped working. I looked through the results and found this:

Notepad Replacer stops working every few days and I have to reinstall for it to work again. When it stops working, I simply get the default Windows notepad. Notepad Replacer works as it should otherwise.

I can't think of anything that could be triggering it. It doesn't happen after rebooting or anything, it just happens while I'm using my PC. I'll try opening a text file or something and I simply get Notepad instead. It's not a temporary glitch either, it won't work until I reinstall it.
