I just wanted to let everyone know that starting next Saturday (August 2nd) I’ll be unavailable for 2 weeks. I won’t have access to internet or email, so I won’t be able to answer any forum posts or support emails. However, my good friend, and superstar developer, Andy from Bitporters will be running the show while I’m gone. He’ll be responding to licensing issues with DisplayFusion and other urgent requests. I am trying my best to get through the backlog of emails and forum posts before I go, but please forgive me if I am unable to get to yours. If you have a support issue while I’m away (or anytime for that matter) your best bet is to post in the forum. By posting in the forum it allows anyone to answer, not just me. “Pyrobob” has been extremely helpful recently answering DisplayFusion questions, and there have been a number of other people that have jumped into conversations to help as well. Another huge benefit to having your question posted in the forum is that once an answer is posted it helps people in the future as well, without having to contact anyone.
Last year, I took a trip to England and Scotland with my good friend Steve. I loved it so much (and talked about it so much) that this year my wife and I decided to spend our yearly vacation there. Jen and I will be touring around England, visiting as many places as we can in the short time we will be there. We’ll be visiting London, Reading, Bristol, the Lake District, Newcastle, Cambridge and Norwich, along with some smaller stops in between. The best part about the trip is that my parents have offered to watch our 2 lovely girls while we’re away, so we’ll be completely free to go at our own pace for the entire time. We’re both extremely excited - it’s hard to believe that it’s only 1 week away. If anyone has any recommendations on things we should see, we would love to hear about them.
On a more important note, can anyone recommend any places to get a great pint while we’re there?

Wow, that’s a pretty cool site. It seems to cover most of the UK - thanks for the tip.

The Hourglass (http://maps.google.co.uk/maps?f=q&hl=en&geocode=&q=the+hourglass&sll=51.41755,-0.194673&sspn=0.009809,0.018797&safe=on&ie=UTF8&ll=51.485018,-0.194664&spn=0.15671,0.300751&z=12&iwloc=A) does a good pint, either of Tribute or Black Sheep (depends which is on).

Thanks for the tip - that looks like it is right near our hotel in London.

And good (I would say, provided it’s properly looked after), readily available, beers to look out for are Youngs and Fullers London Pride. Both London beers, although I believe the former is sadly made elsewhere in the UK now.
Sorry to hear about the job, can’t imagine it will hold you back though!
