I just wanted to say a big thanks to everyone who has sent in a donation! As a result of your donations I was able to cover my September hosting bill, without having to explain to my wife why hobbies cost so much.
As an added bonus, I as able to upgrade my development PC from 1gb of RAM to 2gb. What a difference! I can have multiple virtual machines for testing, along with multiple instance of Visual Studio for development and not have to worry about the hard drive going crazy and dragging my system down.
Now for a quick development update. I have been hard at work lately on iTunes Sync v2.0 which will include some big new features, like multiple playlists per device, and MTP device support. I have also been plugging away at DisplayFusion getting the next release ready. It won’t be a gigantic release, but it will add a few nice things like automatically changing your wallpaper on a timer. As usual I can’t promise any firm release dates, as it mostly depends how busy I am at work and home.
Keep your eyes posted for more news on the next iTunes Sync release, as I’ll be looking for testers in the next few months.
Thanks Everyone!

Don’t know if you are adding support for the Sony NW Series but I can help with testing that if it’s included.

Hey, when you want a tester for iTunes Sync v2.0 with MTP support, send me an email. I’ve got a Creative Zen Sleek (an MTP device) and would love to help out with any tests.
I’m excited and looking forward to it. Thank’s for all your hard work so far!

Dave: The Sony NW series of devices are infamous for being impossible to work with. The next version of iTunes Sync probably won’t include support for them as I am focusing primarily on regular MTP support for now.
Brad: Once I am ready to start testing the next version of iTunes Sync I will post on my blog and in the forum. It is probably still a few weeks away, but if you’re still interested then, just drop me a line once it’s been announced.
Thanks!
